| Question: How long will it take for the carport or building to be assembled? |
| Most of our products are assembled in a day. In some cases, it may take two days depending upon the size of the building. |
| Question: Where is the best location for my carport, garage, or storage building? |
| The key to successful installation of any of our products is to make sure that our product is installed on a flat, level surface. In order to provide you with affordable products with quick installation, site preparation, as well as building permits, are the responsibility of the customer. |
| Question: Is installtion of the building really free? |
| It is, as long as the site is clean and level and there is at least 2 feet of clearance on each side. |
| Question: Does the site have to be exactly level? |
| The ground can slope + or - and inch or two side to side or back to back, but should be clear and smooth. |
| Question: How long before you contact me to schedule for delivery? |
| You will be contacted approximately 3 days prior to delivery for scheduling purposes. |
| Question: Do I need to supply anything? |
| Customer needs to supply power for power tools and all permits if required. |
| Question: Do you have a warranty on your products? |
| The buildings made of 12 gauge, with at least 6 foot legs, have a 20 year limited warranty on rust through of framing material assuming normal user care and maintenance. |
| Question: What is the maximum interior height I can get? |
| The maximum interior height is 15 feet on standard buildings and 14 feet on A-Frame buildings. |
| Question: Can I get custom sizes not shown in the estimate sheet? |
| Yes - contact us directly for custom building sizes or for special installation. |
